Tenant Improvements: Interior Renewal
A local hub of the Bellingham community for 50+ years, the Bellingham Food Co-op has two administrative office spaces in need of improvement; between moving locations, opening additional locations and Covid safety policies both office spaces are in need of refreshment and revitalization.
NEW HEALTHCARE FACILITY (Bellingham, WA)
PRE-DESIGN/PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
Inspired by the land and location, this new facility aims to improve the way healthcare is experienced. The goal is to create a new standard for the delivery of improved health outcomes, and develop a model that can be replicated. The vision revolves around experiences and flow. Healthcare has always grossly underestimated the emotional stress and triggers that occur physically by what is seen, heard, and perceived, not just from the interactions with the providers, but from the space itself. This facility aims to help people on their journey to healing by eliminating some of the obstacles that get in the way of healing.
MOMENTA PHYSICAL THERAPY OFFICE (Bellingham, WA)
TENANT IMPROVEMENTS: SPACE PLANNING
Acquiring a second location, this rapidly growing Physical Therapy Clinic looked for strategies to efficiently fit into a unit that was previously a Chiropractic Office. This location is intended to be an interim placement until the larger, final location is designed and constructed.

Community in Schools is a non-profit organization that coordinates a comprehensive range of services to support students in need -academic and non-academic- so they can come to school ready to learn. The model they use places a site coordinator in each school they provide services for.
Community in Schools is in need of a Space Policy to help define the space needs of their site coordinators regardless of site placement.
