Our mission is to empower small organizations in Whatcom County with the same high-quality interior design and facility planning services that large institutions enjoy. We provide cost-effective, strategic solutions that enhance functionality, efficiency, and brand identity—helping businesses create spaces that support their operations, employees, and customers while fostering long-term success.
We envision a thriving small business community where every commercial space is not just functional but a powerful asset to its success. Through thoughtful design, sustainable practices, and strategic planning, we aim to bridge the gap between small businesses and the professional resources typically reserved for large corporations—creating impactful, efficient, and inspiring environments that grow alongside the businesses they serve.
No projects are too small, and there are no project minimums.
The Planning Studio supports lean organizations that need facility planning expertise to assess and compile space needs. We help businesses develop space requests for funding and inform capital improvements, ensuring efficient, well-planned growth.
The Commercial Interior Design Studio targets tenant improvement projects under 4,000 SF, providing an architect-free interiors studio with the knowledge and expertise typically found in large architecture firms—without the high overhead. We partner with small subcontractors who specialize in small-scale projects, ensuring that businesses have access to the right-sized resources that truly fit the needs of the community.
