Furniture budgets typically are 10% of the construction budget, in addition to the construction budget. This is a strategic opportunity for WBE Participation. This video is a study of a student residence hall that completed utilizing 100% Women-Owned Business enterprises in the furniture package.

The FFE Procurement is managed by the Owner or a Representative of the Owner and is influences by the specification and bidding process.
